【Fabric】
We use dyed canvas with natural cotton twist yarn that has undergone multiple processing procedures include weaving, dyeing, sizing, and environmental protection measures, making it durable and damage-resistant. It is gentle to the touch while hard-wearing.
【Zipper】
We insist on using Taiwanese YKK zippers. The zipper teeth join tightly, and it zips smoothly and firmly. It has high tensile strength, low failure rate, good wear-resistance and excellent quality.
【Thread】We use the thicker spun polyester thread that has moderate degree of expansion and is also tensile-resistant, wear-resistant and waterproof. Its elasticity is moderate, it sews smoothly and is highly colorfast.
【Hardware】Our hardware is produced by Taiwanese hardware factories. It is non-toxic, rust-proof, non-breakable and non-deformable.
【Webbing】Thick and durable cotton webbing is used in bindings, straps, handles, etc. It has good breathability and high load-bearing capacity. It is flexible, comfortable to the touch, pull-resistant and highly colorfast.
【Daily Maintenance】
1. When the bag is exposed to water and friction, it will inevitably discolor.
2. The color of the dye will gradually fade due to sunlight.
3. Despite of its anti-mildew treatment, when mostly exposed in a humid environment, especially in the rainy and foggy season, please keep it dry and store it in a ventilated place.
【Cleaning Process】
1. Because the canvas has been dyed, sized and treated with different materials, please avoid frequent washing in order to slow down shedding of the sizing starch and discoloration.
2. Small stains on the surface: use an eraser to remove dirt by gently wiping the surface.
3. Deep-seated dirt: it is recommended to clean a small area of bag by hand or with a fine brush. Rinse a small area at a time. After washing, spread it out, let it dry in shade, and keep it away from direct sunlight to avoid wrinkles.
4. When cleaning, the neutral detergent without bleach or phosphor should be used and diluted with water.
【Precautions for Cleaning】
1. Never throw it into the washing machine and do not send it to be dry cleaned, as it may cause irreversible wrinkles, shrinkage and deformation.
2. Please don't forcefully scrub dirty areas, as it will cause partial whitening.
3. Do not rub it, twist it, or dry it at high temperatures.

【Regarding Product Return】
Since each bag is handmade with size and specifications indicated on the website. For insignificant defects, no return or exchange will be provided.
If there are major defects, we will replace the product or repair it to meet the standards within seven days after you take photos and upload it onto the website to inform us. For the above mentioned circumstance, the product must be brand-new (i.e., no traces, faults, damage, scratches, dirt, odors, exposure to moisture, or washing caused by human use) , the packaging must remain complete (i.e., products, accessories, attachments, giveaways, inner and outer packaging are complete), and the tags cannot be cut. 【Regarding Warranty】
Since each bag is handmade, during the production process, the original materials (especially hardware) have the possibility of being defective. There may be some unpredicted or unnoticed defects occurring during the production process. Within one year of use, we can help you repair them for free.
The following are repairable issues:

▪ The movable clasp cannot be used (it cannot be opened and closed, or it loosens easily)
If you encounter the above problems, please take a photo and upload it to the website to inform us. After evaluating, we will repair it to meet the standards.
【Regarding Color Variation】
All product photos (excluding situational photos) are 100% taken for actual bags, and they have been adjusted according to the color of the actual product.
Possible causes of color variation:
▪ Color variation caused by different natural growth of each batch of cotton.
▪ Color variation of the dyeing tank where the cotton was dyed and finished.
▪ Differences in photographic lighting, color temperature and angle.
▪ Differences in monitors.
▪ Differences in personal understanding of colors.
Since color variation cannot be completely avoided, please refer to the actual product. Please understand and rest assured that a slight difference in color will not affect the quality of the product itself.

Due to the complex processes of international shipping, overseas members should confirm product content before ordering. No exchange is acceptable with any exception.

For overseas members, please confirm product content before ordering. If you need to process a return for a product without defect, you must bear the shipping cost of the return. The contents of the returned product must be complete, including labels, tags, packaging and documents, and no accessories should be missing.
2. Overseas Return Process
Please discuss the return with the designer by leaving a message on the Pinkoi website. If the product has problems or defects, upload photos with your message on the website and make a return application.
After confirming the above process is out of question, we will press the return confirmation button and leave a message to inform you where it will be sent.
Please send the product back. After receiving the product and confirming that there are no errors, we will press the refund confirmation button to complete the refund.
3. Precautions for Customs Clearance
If you want to send the product to your specified delivery address, it must first pass the customs inspection of the country (region) before delivery. The customs of the receiving country (region) will check the tariffs and additional fees according to the type and value of the product. Once customs determines that the import tariffs must be paid, the consignee must pay them.
4. Undeliverable Orders
The order will be returned for the following reasons: the address or post office box is unclear; deliveries are unattended for numerous times; the recipient refuses to pay taxes/refuses to provide identification/fails to carry out customs declaration or the consignee refuses to accept the package.
If the delivery company returns the package to us due to the above circumstances, the original shipping cost and shipping costs incurred from returning the product will be deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will be processed according to the "Refund Policy" and "Refund Time".
5. Precautions for Overseas Online Shopping
The total cost of the order does not include import duties. If the delivery address is outside of Taiwan, customs duties may be incurred and must be paid by the consignee.
If the package is returned due to unpaid customs duty, the product refund will not include round-trip shipping fee and customs duties between both regions.
